Grow NJ Kids a state-sponsored initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of child care and early learning across New Jersey. This program assesses and improves educational programs using five key categories, focusing on child health and safety, age-appropriateness, relationships with parents, staff development, and operational leadership.

The process for enrollment into the program is outlined, emphasizing coaching, continuous quality improvement, and the path to earning a star rating based on performance. Ultimately, Grow NJ Kids seeks to provide a solid foundation for young children’s success by integrating quality improvement practices statewide.Learning starts early.
